What this site collects

This website sets no cookies and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, provides cookieless visitor counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that tell us how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not identify you, and we cannot see who you are from it.

What you send us

When you call, text or email us, we receive what you send — typically your name, phone number, address and a description of the plumbing problem. We use it to answer you, schedule the visit and do the work. We do not share it with anyone outside the business, except where the job itself requires it (a permit office, for example) or the law does.

If you book an appointment through the online booking tool on our contact page, that booking is processed by Housecall Pro, the scheduling software we run the business on. The details you enter there are used to create your appointment and are handled under Housecall Pro's own privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the pages and keeps standard server logs.
